• Proven experience in managing the end-to-end tax refund process, from claim preparation to final settlement.
• Skilled in preparing and submitting all required documentation for various tax refund claims (e.g., VAT, Withholding Tax).
• Adept at liaising with the Revenue Department to follow up on refund status and effectively resolve inquiries.
• Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks.
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve potential issues or discrepancies that may arise during the tax refund process.

• Excellent reporting and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage inquiries from the Revenue Department.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in tax refund processes.
